In the United States, internet usage among seniors increased from 14% in 2000 to 75% in 2021, with 45% using social media. However, many still experience difficulties with the technology and need help setting up new devices.

A: The entire experience itself is a challenge, and I often need help from others. And I do not know how to discern scams from legitimate sites.

A: Making it accessible and much easier with less complex navigation would help very much.
